Welcome
Welcome to the official website of Riley McKay.
Riley started barefoot waterskiing at just 5 years of age and won her first Australian medal in her first year of competition at age 7, placing 3rd in the under-14 girls division.
With 6 NSW under-14 sub-junior girls state titles now under her belt, Riley will go down in the history of the sport by becoming the only girl since recording began back in 1963, to achieve 5 nsw state titles.
At just 8 years old and already representing Australia, Riley was the youngest competitor in the world when she competed in her first world title event finishing 9th and recording 2 personal best scores in the under-17 womens slalom event.
Riley announced as Greater ambassador

RILEY McKay is one of four Central Coast Academy of Sport scholarship athletes recently announced as a Greater ambassador for 2011.
The Greater ambassador program is an exciting new initiative between the Greater Building Society and the Central Coast Academy of Sport, which forms part of the Greater’s major business partner sponsorship of the academy.
McKay, a barefoot waterskiier on scholarship in the academy’s future stars program, was selected along with Trent Dyer (rugby union), Jared Scoines (basketball) and Nate Henry (short track speed skating) as the Central Coast Academy of Sport’s inaugural Greater ambassadors.
